President and CEO
Lavinia Noble Surjove (President and CEO) brings almost 2 decades of IT experience to Swift Pace Solutions. Has been in IT/Technology and Leadership roles for the last 10 years with Cognizant Technologies, Pier1 Imports, JelIT Solutions and Travelocity.
She started her career as a Programmer Analyst on Legacy technologies and currently works on Strategy, technology and business solutions for enterprises especially the mid-market. As a technology she is comfortable in understanding how technology works with business in real life.
A staunch advocate of finding the right solution every time with a passion for helping companies achieving their goals. She has experience working with Fortune, Start up and mid-market companies.
Lavinia has a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Madras, India and MBA from Symbiosis University Pune, India.

Founder and CFO
Vara Prasad Boddu has over 18 years of Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Financial experience. He has been building and leading teams across multiple countries.
Some of the companies that he has worked with are BN Infotec Inc., Six Sigma Services, East West Entertainers and Single Point Solutions. Has always has a P/L and been in leadership roles over 15 years. Has mentored and lead diverse teams, results oriented and led many successful projects.
He currently serves on the board of Single Point Solutions Inc., a public listed company based out of Arizona.
Prasad holds a MBA from IBAM, India and a Bachelors of Instrumentation Engineering from Andhra University, India. He has also Six Sigma Black belt certification.

Sr. Vice President – Sales and Marketing
Jay Basantkumar (Sr. Vice President – Sales and Marketing) brings over 17 years of Sales and IT experience.
Has been in Leadership roles for the last 10 years with BN Infotec Inc, Adea Inc and Resolve Tech Solutions. He has been working on various ERP, Mobile, Cloud and Information Security technologies.
He is adept in working with Fortune 500 to mid-marketcompanies and has led many successful projects. Some of the verticals he has worked on are Telecom, Public Sector, Retail and ISV’s.
Jay has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras, India and MBA from University of Dallas.

Prasad Chilakamarri (Chief Operating Officer) is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience in IT consulting. Prior to joining Swift Pace Solutions he founded JP consulting Inc., an IT staffing and consulting company with successful operations for over 16 years.
His background covers a strong and in depth diversity in IT consulting model and corporate methodologies that allow him to implement change in many different environments.
His engineering experience also includes leadership roles in companies like National Semiconductor, Atmel and IBM. He has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Arkansas.
